Description

OCH requires multiple vendors to perform Flooring Installation Services as detailed in the Scope of Work attached as Appendix A.
OCH intends to enter into Standing Offer Agreements with up to six (6) qualified vendors for the purpose of installing vinyl composite tile, vinyl sheet flooring, luxury vinyl plank, and prefinished hardwood flooring, as described herein.
The Work will be distributed across the OCH portfolio on an “on-demand” basis.

- The pre-bid meeting will be held at 731 Chapel Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 8A1, in the Community Room. The site visit will be conducted immediately following the pre-bid meeting.
- Interested bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit in order for Bids to be considered.
- Interested bidders shall be met at the front office at 731 Chapel St.
