Canada Post has a requirement for Air Mail conveyance from Goose Bay, Port Hope Simpson, St. Anthony, Natashquan and Blanc Sablon to communities in Labrador and the Quebec Lower North Shore as identified in the Attachment # 1 to this RFP.

This RFP sets out the process by which a Proposer or Proposers will be identified for potential contract award or awards for a period of up to 5 years.
