Description

Island Health requires primary care space in the Greater Victoria area, excluding James Bay and the Western Communities as sites currently exist in these areas. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the proponent to provide approximately 4,000 to 10,000 usable square feet of functional, quality lease space that meets the requirements outlined in this document. The targeted occupancy date for this space is March 2020. Island Health may consider one or more locations.
