Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND), Garrison Petawawa, Food Services requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of and delivery of various Dairy and Egg Products.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is:

Period A: from 1 November 2019 to 30 April 2020; and Period B: from 1 May to 31 October 2020.

This Request for Standing Offers may result in the issuance of up to three (3) Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO).

Debriefings:

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
