SCOPE:
The Cities of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint John wish to establish a qualified and reliable firm to transport bulk highway salt in a timely fashion from the Nutrien Picadilly mine in Sussex, N.B. to the City of Moncton's Salt Storage Facility, 100 Worthington Ave., Moncton, N.B. and the City of Fredericton's Salt Storage Facility, 1581 Regent St., Fredericton, N.B. and the City of Saint John's Salt Storage Facilities, East Depot: 525 McAllister Dr. and West Side Salt Storage Facility: 406 Bay
Street St., Saint John, NB. for the duration of the contract period. Salt is to be delivered on an "as required" basis. The estimated combined quantity of salt to be delivered on an annual basis is approximately 31,000 metric tonnes based on previous years' usages.
