Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Families, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide light vehicle transportation services to eligible adults as defined by The Vulnerable Persons Living with a Mental Disability Act. “Light vehicle” is defined as any vehicle that carries six (6) or less passengers.

Transportation services are required to transport vulnerable adults in CLDS program from their residences to and from day programs five days per week.

Proponents interested in this RFP will be established to provide transportation Services and be interested in establishing a working relationship with Manitoba. A minimum of three (3) years would be preferable.

The List of Service Providers will be effective from January 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022 unless changed or cancelled prior by Manitoba, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
