The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to renovate six (6) residential housing units (RHUs) and exterior work on one (1) additional attached RHU located in the residential housing site (RHS) of CFSU Upland in Ottawa.
A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 282 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 21 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
Due to the location and scope of the project there is no requirement for a personnel security screening level.
