Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) invites offers from Suppliers for the supply of Ottawa shunt truck heavy duty parts as required.

The Supplier will be required to ensure that all items are supply and deliver to MAI’s warehouse located at 65 Memorial Drive, North Sydney, NS.

Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.

The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, May 28, 2024.

All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website.

Proposals must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Proposals will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication.

Proposals must be received by the closing date and hour. Late Quotations will not be considered.

Marine Atlantique S.C.C. (« MAI ») sollicite des offres de fournisseurs pour l’approvisionnement en pièces lourdes pour camions-shunts d’Ottawa, au besoin.

Le fournisseur devra s’assurer que tous les articles sont fournis et livrés à l’entrepôt de MAI situé au 65 Memorial Drive, North Sydney, NS.

Marine Atlantique se réserve le droit d’accepter des soumissions en tout ou en partie. Le devis le plus bas ou tout autre devis ne sera pas nécessairement accepté.

La date limite de réception des offres sera fixée au 28 mai 2024 à 14 h, heure de l’Atlantique.

Tous les documents relatifs au marché susmentionné ne seront disponibles que sur le site Web de MERX pour la présentation de soumissions électroniques.

Les propositions doivent être soumises par voie électronique à l’aide de MERX EBS. Il s’agira de la seule méthode de réponse acceptée aux fins d’examen. Les propositions ne seront pas prises en compte si elles sont soumises par fax, courriel ou autres formes de communication ouvertes.
