24-11-835 - Pre-Qualification for Recruitment Support

This NRFP is to solicit Proposals for creating a Pre-Qualified Support Group (PSG) as outlined in this document (the “Project”). AIMCo is seeking Proponents capable of providing recruitment and or staff augmentation services with a scope of filling any permanent or temporary roles within AIMCo, a finance and investment organization. The core focus of the scope will be for individual contributor roles and entry level management roles.

AIMCo’s intent is to utilize the PSG when needed either in part or in full by engaging with all, one (1), or a subset of the group for the related recruitment effort. The resulting new PSG is meant to replace the existing pre-qualified lists for general, specialized and contractors.

In addition, AIMCo is also seeking to identify one (1) PS to handle all flow through situations, where a resource is already identified and AIMCo would like to contract them through a PSG. AIMCo may decide to have one (1) additional flow through partner as a designated back up.
