Description

Yukon Energy is seeking proposals for a Learning Management System (LMS) that aligns with our strategic business needs. Our goal is to implement a comprehensive LMS solution that supports our dynamic and growing workforce, including over 200 employees and a larger pool of contractors. This system will play a crucial role in facilitating our training and development initiatives, ensuring that our team remains at the forefront of industry standards and best practices.
The primary objective of this RFP is to identify and procure a Learning Management System that:

Supports a user base of over 200 employees and a larger number of contractors.

Allows for the integration and management of in-house and third-party training materials.

Enables the creation and management of multiple user profiles, including contractors, employees, and board members.

Features automated workflows for training assignments, reminders, and progress reporting.

Offers the capability to assign training based on position or asset class, with potential integration with Hexagon systems.
