Description

Seneca and YorkU are undertaking a joint procrument process for the construction of the spaces noted below. The intention is to award to a single proponent to avoid Ministry of Labour (MOL) Constructor risks/Health & Safety risks, to expedite construction, and to simplify the construction administration tasks for both Seneca and York U. Both Seneca and York U have retained the same Consultant, Gow Hastings Architects namely in the interest of design unity and simplifying contract administration.
