Description

Seneca intends to redevelop the eastern end of Newnham Campus (1750 Finch Avenue East) to create a multi-storey building of approximately 100,000SF. The new facility will replace the aging gymnasium and fitness facilities, including our decommissioned arena, to create the new Health & Wellness Centre. Bringing together programming to maintain and improve all aspects of wellness for the entire Seneca community, the centre will address not just physical wellness, but mental, physical, and spiritual health as well. This project will also expand our existing efforts towards demonstrating best practices for sustainable buildings/development.
