Seneca invites all qualified proponents to submit a proposal for a computerized maintenance management system for preventative maintenance of facilities infrastructure in a centralized database format that include the following functions at a minimum:
•           Create and manage ad-hoc maintenance work orders;
•           Provide service request ticketing system;
•           Multilevel user access and interface.
