The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals from Proponents for the supply and delivery of 72, 138 and 230 kV (each a nominal SaskPower “Voltage Class”) Outdoor Disconnect Switches into SaskPower inventory for use on new and existing facilities.

Successful Proponents will be required to enter into an Inventory Standing Supply Agreement. The initial term of each Inventory Standing Supply and Related Services Agreement will be five (5) years from the agreement Effective Date. SaskPower, at its sole discretion, will have the option to renew the term of each Inventory Standing Supply Agreement for optional three (3) and two (2) year terms.
