Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the Coronation Park Demolition, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

The proponent shall complete the brownfield Civil site works at Coronation Park Substation, which is located in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The Work includes, but is not limited, to the following:

Placement and compaction of gravel and crushed rock
Pumping of a high-flow concrete slurry into the concrete trench below the building concrete slab
Install permanent fencing and gate around the exposed site
Ground newly installed fence

Confirmation of the number of attendees is required to be sent to the RFP Contact no later than May 16th, 2023, 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. If confirmation of attendance is not received by the RFP Contact on or before this date and time, attendees may not be allowed on site.

PPE is required including CSA approved hi-vis clothing (including coveralls), safety glasses, hard hat, and safety footwear. Confirmed attendees will be advised of any additional requirements they must comply with to access the site.
