HI-BAY LUMINAIRES WITH OPTIONS PROVIDED IN THE RFQ.
This opportunity is available for download at www.merx.com/saskpower.
TENDER DOCUMENTS, PLANS AND ALL AMENDMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY THROUGH MERX DISTRIBUTION. ANY BID FROM A BIDDER WHOSE NAME DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE OFFICIAL MERX DOCUMENT REQUEST LIST (I.E. WHO HAS NOT DOWNLOADED THE DOCUMENTS THEMSELVES) MAY BE DECLARED INVALID.
This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.
E-mail and Fax quotations will NOT be accepted. Proponents MUST submit their quotations and supporting documentation online through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) system as a Portable Document Format file (pdf) on or before the Proposal Submission Deadline (see Request for Quote cover page). It is the responsibility of proponents to make arrangements directly with MERX regarding the use of any services offered by MERX including the MERX EBS system, and to familiarize themselves with all necessary information regarding uploading their quotations and all supporting documentation on the MERX EBS system. NOTE: MERX is an independent contractor and not an agent, servant, subsidiary or affiliate of SaskPower. SaskPower does not own or control the MERX EBS System and is not responsible for its operation, functioning or malfunctioning.
