Description

This Contract is for the supply and installation of piping in the Acid Rooms at Shand Power Station. SaskPower requires the replacement and upgrade of portions of the acid piping systems in the water treatment plant and the cooling tower. The acid piping systems are used for pH control of water for boiler feed and for cooling water. A small amount of concrete repair work is also part of the Work.

Requirement
This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.

Health and Safety Risk Rating - High:
SaskPower will only accept proposals from proponents who are registered with ISNetworld;
are connected to SaskPower; have their ISNetworld company profile information available to SaskPower; and have a minimum SaskPower grade of “C--”, and
have a Performance Statistics rating in ISNetworld of satisfactory or above. Any rating below satisfactory will require submission of mitigation plans on the date and time of the submission. The Mitigation Plans forms can be found on www/saskpower.com/contractorsafety. An unacceptable mitigation plan will result in disqualification from this competition.
