Description

Notice is hereby given that the Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority ("Health Authorities"), through their collective agent the Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA") intends to direct award a non-volume committed contract to the following supplier for the supply of Flexible Cystoscopes for a term of two years.

The contract term will be from April 1st, 2020 to March 31st, 2022 and has an estimated non-committed value of $3.3M Canadian Dollars.

PHSA will submit a Request for Proposal to market within the next twenty four months. Subject to successful completion of this procurement process the extended contract may be terminated before March 31st, 2022. PHSA would also like to ensure the continued supply of these essential products at stable pricing during this period. Vendors who may wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection by email
