Description

The Calgro Soil Sampling Program assesses agricultural land for potential biosolids application. This includes: reconnaissance reviews, personal interviews, collection of soil samples, assessment of soil analytical results and the completion of the associated annual reporting and documentation.
A significant component of the program is collection of global positioning system (GPS) data for field boundaries, map creation with relevant site characteristics and soil sampling locations. Geographic Information System (GIS) data are to be provided within the prescribed geodatabase format and include shapefile, point and attribute table data in addition to soil and biosolids analytical reports.

The term of the Agreement will be five (5) years unless terminated earlier.

This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
