Description

The purpose of this open, competitive procurement is to contract a third-party vendor to conduct credit checks for the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (Ministry) for the purposes of the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP). The vendor would be providing non-consulting services to the Ministry.

Credit Check Services
• Why do you need it?
To ensure the Ministry does not contravene the credit check requirement set out in both provincial and federal regulations (i.e., Canada Student Financial Assistance Regulations SOR/95-329, and O. Reg. 70/17: Ontario Student Grants and Ontario Student Loans).
• When will it be required?
The contract will be for two years from May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2022.
• Where are these services required?
This service will be offered online.
