Description

The Scope of Work consists of providing conceptual and detailed engineering design, tender and contract document preparation, tender evaluation and recommendation, construction administration, cost control during construction, construction supervision and quality assurance as well as post construction and warranty services related to construction of a Wastewater Treatment Facility for the Hamlet of Tomahawk.

The County has divided the project into three phases:
• Phase 1– Conceptual and detailed engineering design. This phase will be completed in 2020.
• Phase 2– Tender preparation. Pending further funding approvals, this phase will be completed in 2021.
• Phase 3 – Tender award, contract preparation, construction and post construction services. Pending further funding approvals, this phase will be completed in 2022.
