The Work is comprised of, but not limited to stripping, hauling and stockpiling topsoil, supply and install open cut sanitary sewer and
horizontal directional drill sanitary sewer, supply and install manholes and sanitary sewer plug valves, final grade adjustment, and topsoil sod or
seed placement for Confederation Way Sanitary Sewer Bypass.
