Description

Western Economic Diversification Canada (WD) requires the services of a firm with expertise in the creation of engaging and interactive digital content. This firm would undertake the creation of a mobile application, to communicate and engage with the broader public in an interactive fashion about the proposed canal in southern Saskatchewan, and the benefits that could be borne from this opportunity. Generally, this mobile application will provide the following functionality:

A downloadable mobile application for iOS and Android users

Content that can be easily updated to allow for the latest information to be provided

A mobile application that is interactive and allows for an engaging learning experience, by allowing users to zoom in and interact with various content at their discretion

Interactive content that is informative and consists of written text, 3D animation, or videos to educate the user base

Provides an overview of: (1) History of Lake Diefenbaker, (2) how the proposed canal would function, (3) irrigation development potential along the proposed canal route, and (4) how the canal would contribute to prosperity in the region
