Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) acting on its own and as an agent for each of the Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority intends to get in a contract with the following supplier to provide Hemodialysis ultrasound monitors with flow dilution sensors for a term of three (3 )years plus two (2) option years at an estimated value of $2.1M
