Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Asphalt Shingles and Wood Grinding Services (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The term of the agreement will be from the date of execution until May 31, 2026 with the possibility of extension for an additional four (4) years in one (1) year increments at the sole discretion of the City.
