2303127 - RFP - RJH Renal Reverse Osmosis System Replacement - Construction Manager

Island Health has issued this Request for Proposals for the purpose of inviting proposals from construction management firms to undertake services and construction as outlined in this RFP for the RJH Renal Reverse Osmosis (RO) System Replacement Project located at 1952 Bay St, Victoria BC V8R 1J8, at the Renal Unit. The objective of this project is to replace the existing RO plant and dialysis equipment in the Renal Unit. The Renal Unit spans three levels: Basement, Level 1, and Level 2. The modification of the space is required as the RO equipment is being replaced. These modifications, including Millwork upgrades, electrical upgrades, and mechanical drainage, flushing and tempering piping, constitute the key scope of work for the construction manager.
