Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) in partnership with BC Cancer (BCCA), (the “Health Authority”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide SpaceOar Hydrogel Kit for a term of 3-year contract till August 31, 2027 with 2-year option year at an estimated value of CAD $6,384,000 not including tax.
