Description

This Notice of Intent is for a Non-Volume Contact with Cook Canada Inc. for Endoscopic Supplies. These products are currently already in use with the Health Authorities of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) with Cook Canada Inc.

This Non-Volume Contract is to stabilize pricing for the products with Cook Canada until a competitive process can be done by PHSA for future contracts.

This does not affect any volumes with other vendors that also have products with in this category.
