Description

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for the Halifax Regional Water Commission (Halifax Water) to solicit statements of interest and qualifications from interested respondents (Respondents) for the opportunity to complete the Climate Lens requirements for Infrastructure Canada’s Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) on a short-list of proposed future Halifax Water projects. The RFQ has been issued in order to identify three (3) to five (5) Respondents who will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will be issued on or about May 2020 to those qualified Respondents identified through this RFQ.
