RFP Scope: 

FCC is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) with the intention of selecting a vendor to provide secure commercial shredding services for FCC offices across Canada in both urban and rural areas.

The desired outcome of this RFP is to contract a single service provider to provide reliable and consistent storage, removal and secure destruction of FCC’s documents at all FCC locations. 

Although, our objective is to award a single contract to one vendor for all services across Canada, FCC will reserve the right to split the work and offer to contract more than one vendor, if it deems that will provide the best overall value.

RFP issue date: Apr 7, 2020 

Vendor questions accepted until: Apr 21, 2020 at 2:00PM* 

RFP closing date and time: May 1, 2020 at 2:00 PM*

this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time. 

FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
