Description

Clearwater County holds Provisional Roadway dispositions (RDS’s) and Registered Roadway (RRD) for the Sunchild Road located approximately 32 kilometers west of Rocky Mountain House. See included location plan for this project (Schedule “A”).

Clearwater County intends to have the approved RDS boundaries posted and converted into a RRD with a minimum 60.96m width (based on existing disturbed/cleared areas). Except for private land on NE 22-41-10-5, NW 23-41-10-5, and SE 27-41-10-5, where 5.18m widenings have been taken under road plan 872 1151.

The following plans shall be included in the final RRD (note this list may not be exhaustive):

• RRD 822 0778
• RRD 872 1151
• RDS 860058
• RDS 080010

The objectives of this project are as follows:

• Post the approved RDS and RRD boundary and convert into an RRD.
• Receive a final survey plan performed by an Alberta Land Surveyor in accordance with the Manual of Standard Practice of the Alberta
Land Surveyor’s Association and Alberta Environment and Park’s Disposition Plan Requirements.
• Complete all work prior to December 15, 2020.
