Description

2020-01-OPS-RFP Green Waste Composting Facility

The District of North Saanich is requesting proposals from qualified proponents for engineering and design of a green waste composting facility at 1620 Mills Road in North Saanich, BC. The project will include engineering and design for a Class A yard waste composting facility with leachate pond and will include facility plans and specifications, a leachate management plan, odour management plan, a personnel training program, an operating plan and a closure plan in compliance with applicable provincial regulations.
