The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires contracted support for one (1) Commercial Highway Tractor (excluding drivers) from date of award to 31 March 2021.

epost Connect service

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

Suppliers are asked to submit their questions, comments and inquiries regarding the Request for Proposal by fax, mail or email, if they wish.

Suppliers may request a debriefing on the results of the Request for Proposal process. Suppliers should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the Request for Proposal process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

Please be advised that the Kingston and Petawawa Bid Receiving Units are temporarily closed and unable to accept hard copy or faxed bids.

PSPC encourages submission of bids using ePost where possible.
