Description

This PQR is issued by ASHC to create three (3) distinct Standing Offer Lists of Pre-Qualified Contractors capable of providing Suite Renewal and Renovation Services for ASHC owned and leased facilities across Alberta. The Pre-Qualified Contractors will be placed on a Standing Offer List(s) in accordance with this PQR for the purpose of completing single or multiple suite renewals for multiple locations across Alberta. There will be a separate Standing Offer List for each of the following regions:
 Northern Alberta (includes Edmonton and north);
 Southern Alberta (includes Calgary and south); and
 Central Alberta (is the region between Edmonton and Calgary, includes Red Deer).
