The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden, Ration and Quarters Support Services (R&QSS) located in Borden, Ontario and the 32 Service Battalion Canadian Forces College (CFC) Toronto, Ontario has a requirement for the supply and delivery of miscellaneous groceries products, as specified in Annex B on an as and when requested basis.

The offeror can submit pricing on as many or as few line items as they wish. Offers will be evaluated on the highest amount of line items offered and then on a line item basis.

The Request for Standing Offer may result in the issuance of up to three (3) Standing Offers.

The period of the Standing Offer is from May 01, 2020 to July 31, 2020.

The Standing Offer holders will be given the opportunity to rebid their pricing for option period 1, option period 2 and option period 3 as outlined in Annex B.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
