Description

A fixed price tender, including all taxes, is required for mechanical and electrical upgrades related to the Academic Link Building RTU-1 rooftop air handling unit replacement at the Lakeland College Vermilion Campus in Alberta. Included will be the following general scope of work:
1. Demolish and dispose of existing rooftop air handling unit RTU-1;
2. Install new VAV air handling unit with factory controls, heating glycol coil, and packaged DX cooling section;
3. Provide new coil piping and control valve to be wired to factory controller;
4. Disconnect and reconnect unit electrical. Reduce breaker size as required;
5. Provide new direct-digital-controls system to start/stop the new air handling unit and control existing building air volume boxes and perimeter heating.
