Description

Clearwater County invites tenders from parties interested in performing motor grader maintenance on municipal roads as identified in the tender package. This tender package can be obtained on the Alberta Purchasing Connection website, www.purchasingconnection.ca. The tender(s) submitted shall be by the hour for a five (5) year term, for the supply and operation of a suitably equipped motor grader.

One (1) beat is available;

• Beat 505 is approximately 169 kms in length and is south-west of Rocky Mountain House.

This beat will require summer and winter maintenance as deemed necessary.

Tenders may be submitted via e-mail to publicworks@clearwatercounty.ca, via mail, Clearwater County, Box 550, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, T4T 1A4 or via drop box at the Clearwater County main office front door in a sealed envelope marked “Beat Tender No. 505” no later than 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 16, 2020.
