The University of New Brunswick is inviting proposals for the supply of janitorial services for its Saint John Campus for a three (3) year period beginning June 1st, 2020 with the option to renew for two (2) additional two-year periods upon mutual agreement by both parties. All proposals shall be received until 3:00PM Atlantic Standard time on Friday, May 1st, 2020.

BID SUBMISSIONS:
Proposals must be submitted through UNB's online Bonfire portal at the following address:

NO SITE VISIT:
Due to COVID-19 there will be no bidders meeting or site visit.
BID BOND:
A scanned copy of a bid bond in the amount of $10,000.00 is to be provided with your bid submission per section 9.1.1. of the attached RFP document.
INSURANCE:
Comprehensive General Liability Insurance of no less than $5,000,000 and Automotive Liability Insurance for all licensed vehicles of no less than $2,000,000 is required for the duration of this contract per section 10.2 of the attached RFP document.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
All personnel are required to obtain security clearance from the Saint John Police Department with the successful contractor being responsible for bearing the cost per Section 15 of the attached RFP Document.
