Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Contract Management Software (“CMS”). RDC is interested in implementing CMS to:
• Significantly increase productivity by reducing some labor-intensive elements through automation
• Reduce contractual risk by using current contractual terms & templates and automating the system from review to execution, and
• maximize revenue & minimize costs through contract management

The scope of services for CMS includes, but is not limited to:
• Initial software license for wither a RDC-hosted or Software as a Service (Saas) solution;
• Professional services for design, implementation, configuration and project management (if applicable) working in conjunction with RDC's technical and functional teams;
• Administrator and user training, including training materials and documentation
• On-going support, maintenance and/or subscription costs for a specified time period.

The terms of the Agreement will be negotiated with the selected proponent with the initial term likely to be 5 years. During the months of May 2020 and June 2020, RDC would like to have the software implemented, the administrators trained on use and historical contract data converted/migrated into the CMS.

Proposals received will be evaluated via four stage process in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDC.
