Description

This Solicitation is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of food services at Mount Royal University, scope of services as further described within the Solicitation documents.

Mount Royal University intends to establish an initial five (5) years agreement with the Successful Proponent. At the discretion of Mount Royal, this agreement will have the option to be extended for an additional one period of three (3) years and two further periods of one (1) year under the same terms and conditions, upon positive performance evaluation.

The Services required are to include, at a minimum, the management and operation of the core retail platforms including:

Tim Hortons
Tim Hortons Express
We Proudly Serve Starbucks
The Table
The Station Café
Catering Services
Recreation retail space (vacant)

The successful Proponent will be provided with the exclusive right to provide the retail services listed above with the exception of concession and bar services on campus.
