20-1554 - 20-1554 Investigation of Stormwater Low Impact Development (LID) Installations

The general scope of work will involve field investigations of a subset of the 100 Stormwater Low Impact Development (LID) installations currently in the City of Calgary inventory. The work scope includes updating the LID inventory, prioritizing the sites to be investigated, developing an overall inspection framework, field investigation of the LID sites, assigning LID condition rating scores, and draft and final reports, including recommendations as to whether any fine-tuning is warranted to the City’s LID practices design guidance.

This project anticipates the following Phases:
Phase 1: Investigation Prioritization and Planning
Phase 2: Field Investigations
Phase 3: Data Analysis and Reporting

Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement Letter, the award under this RFP will be for Phase 1 of the Requirements, subject to approval by The City after each Phase.

Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion.

This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
