TWO MARKED SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES - POLICE FORCE

The City of Edmundston is inviting all interested Tenderers to present an offer for the purchase of two new marked sport utility vehicles for the Edmundston Police Force.

Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained only at the Development Department located on the 2nd floor of the Edmundston City Hall, by email at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125.

The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2014-93 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2014-273), apply to this tender.

Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated.

Sealed tenders indicating the name and address of the bidder on the envelope marked «TWO MARKED SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES - POLICE FORCE, TENDER CALL 2020-038, APRIL 16, 2020», will be received by the Municipality of Edmundston on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at the Development Services, 2nd floor at City Hall, 7 Canada Rd, Edmundston, NB until 2:00 p.m. (local time). Due to the COVID-19 situation, public opening of tenders will follow immediately on Facebook live only, on the following link:

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted.
