Description

Silvera for Seniors (“Silvera”) is seeking a General Contractor with specialized construction experience in the seniors affordable independent living and barrier-free sector to provide construction services for Building 3 of their Glamorgan property. The purpose of this “Request for Qualifications” is to establish a shortlist of highly qualified “General Contractors” that, if selected, will receive an official invitation to respond to an Invited Tender Call. Only those firms that are successfully prequalified and shortlisted may submit a tender proposal. The successful Proponent will be expected to enter into a CCDC 2 2008 Stipulated Price Contract including supplemental conditions with Silvera.
