RFT 2020 - 08 PAVEMENT CRACK SEALING
ATTENTION: Clear Hills County Office is closed to the public so all tenders must be submitted by mail!
Clear Hills County is seeking request for tender to complete Hot Pour Crack Sealing for the following:
1. Approximately 24 km of highway pavement Equivalent to 1.75 km within Cleardale Hamlet, including Highway Drive access on the north side of Highway 64
2. Equivalent to 1 km in Worsley Hamlet.
3. Hines Creek Access

Location Descriptions:
PRICE PER KM
• From Worsley west on Clear Prairie Road to Range Road 100
• Cleardale Hamlet streets and Highway Drive north of Highway 64
• Worsley Hamlet streets
• Hines Creek north access, Range Road 45, from Highway 685 to Highway 64

PRICE PER METER OF CRACK
• Clear Prairie Road Range Road 100 west to the Y (end of pavement)
• Range Road 70 starting 100 meters south of Township 870 continuing to Township Road 862 to Range Road 62
Requesting individual quotes for price per kilometer of Hot Pour Sealing
AND
Price per meter of crack
Start Date: As early in May as weather permits
Completion Date: Crack sealing must be completed by June 1, 2020
Bidders will be required to provide:
1. Proof of valid insurance
2. Alberta WCB clearance included in the sealed quote.
