THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT

The Department of National Defence, Real Property Operations Cold Lake, in Cold Lake, Alberta, has a requirement for the rental of one (1) 140 H.P. [dual 540/1000 hp at the Power Take Off (PTO) minimum] agricultural tractor, without operators, for grass cutting in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein and in accordance with the minimum performance specifications listed herein. The contractor will be responsible for maintenance of the tractor while on rental. The contractor will be responsible for minor repairs of the rental tractor on site. The contract is for a period of three years.

Firm Requirement Rental Period for Tractor: a.

Year One: estimated June 16th to October 15th; Years Two and Three: April 16th to October 15th.

As and When Requested Requirement for Rental of Tractor: The tractor rental may be required for a one month period between October 16th and April 15th of each year. If the Project Authority determines the need for additional rental, a DND 626 Task Authorization form will be issued
