Due to the present COVID-19 pandemic, it has been required to modify the Normal Tendering Procedures as follows:
Instruction to obtain Tender Documents:
Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at jinette.mccormack@englobecorp.com or 506-857-2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF Format) of the Tender Documents.
Tender submission method:
Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (Complete Bid) in PDF Format via e-mail at jinette.mccormack@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. Original Tender Submission shall be mailed to the following address:

Tender opening method:
Tenders will not be opened in-person, but videoconferencing will be made available (instructions to access the video conferencing will be provided with the digital Tender Documents). Immediately following the close of the tendering period, the opening committee will review all submissions and prepare a summary report that will be made available to all Bidders via e-mail.
No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Act, Regulation 82-109 amended.
A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum made payable to the Village of Cap-Pelé must accompany each tender.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
