Description

The purpose of this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is to select Proponent(s) to supply and install Safety Shield 800 Film on existing wire glass doors in Edmonton Catholic Schools. This SOA is intended to provide Proponent(s) with information such that the pricing included in any proposal will accurately reflect the requirements of ECSD with respect to:
• Description and requirements of the proposal preparation and submission process;
• ECSD's evaluation criteria and method in reviewing bids;
• General description of Safety Shield Film and scope of work to be performed by the successful
proponent(s);
• Key dates related to this SOA;
