Miscellaneous Groceries

Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Garrison Petawawa, Food Services has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and offloading of various quantities of Miscellaneous Groceries and Dairy & Egg products to various kitchens and lodger/training units located in the Garrison Petawawa Area of Operation on an "as and when requested basis" for the period of the Standing Offer.

The offeror can submit pricing on as many or as few line items as they wish. Offers will be evaluated on the highest amount of line items offered and then on a line item basis.

The Request for Standing Offer may result in the issuance of up to three (3) Standing Offers.

The Standing Offer holders will be given the opportunity to rebid their pricing on a semi-annual basis as outlined in Annex "B" - Basis of Payment.

The period of the Standing Offer(s) is as follows:

a)Annex "B" - Basis of Payment - A-1 Standard Products - A - Miscellaneous Groceries from date of issuance to 31 July, 2020 with one (1) six (6) month refresh period (Refresh Period 1 - 1 August 2020 to 31 January 2021); and

b)Annex "B" - Basis of Payment - A-1 Standard Products - B - Dairy & Egg from date of Issuance to 31 May 2020.

These Request for Standing Offer(s) will be set-aside once the Food and Beverage Regional Master Standing Offer for these commodities have been issued.

Security Requirements: There is no security requirement applicable to the Standing Offer.

Debriefings:

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
