Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite interested and qualified organizations to submit a proposal to complete a condition assessment of the structural, mechanical, electrical and architectural systems of the facility to assist the City of Trail with long term capital planning decisions. For the City of Trail, a comprehensive facility condition assessment will ensure planned, efficient application of capital and operational budgets to ensure: • Reduced repair and maintenance costs • Maximize the useful life of the facility • Protection of assets • Enhance public safety through identification of risks • Reduce disruption of services
