The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present an offer for the Pool Equipment Room Modifications - Sport Complex - Phase 2.
An obligatory site visit will be held on April 1, 2020 at 13:30 at the Edmundston Sport Complex on 55, Rue Du 15 Août, Edmundston, NB, E3V 0G4. For the visit inscription, please contact Mme Liette Brideau, by calling (506) 739-2125.

The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2014-93 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2014-273), apply to this tender.
The latest revision and amendments of the Regulations of the Crown Construction Contract Act, as amended, apply to this contract (Regulation 82-109).
A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price. Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated.
Sealed tenders indicating the name and address of the bidder on the envelope marked "POOL EQUIPMENT ROOM MODIFICATIONS - SPORT COMPLEX - PHASE 2, TENDER CALL 2020-057, APRIL 9, 2020" will be received by the Municipality of Edmundston on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at the Development Department, 2nd floor at City Hall, 7 Canada Road, Edmundston, NB until 2:00 p.m. (local time). Public opening of tenders will follow immediately.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted.
